“WHEN I TOOK OFFICE IN 2002, IRVINGTON TOWNSHIP WAS IN A STATE TAKEOVER,  WHERE THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY WAS OVERSEEING AND HAD FULL CONTROL OF THE BUDGET.

WHEN I LEFT THE OFFICE OF MAYOR IN 2014 IRVINGTON TOWNSHIP  DIDN’T HAVE A DEFICIT AND THE TOWNSHIP WAS NOT UNDER STATE  CONTROL”
